A bright, fresh, medium to full-bodied sweet wine with complex layers of dark fruit, lifted herbal notes and warm nutmeg. Fleshy and well-structured, this delicious spicy mouthful of fruit lingers on the palate with for a soft, tight finish. This blend of Ruby Cabernet and our Texas Zinfandel is one of Texas' first chillable red wines, delivering a complex array of concentrated aromas and textures that explode with candied fruitiness followed by a spicy, smoky finish. Deep, dark color and full bodied, with a touch of earthy flavors ranging from blackberries, creme de cassis, black cherries, boysenberry, blueberry and black pepper. We recommend pairing with BBQ or your favorite Tex-Mex dishes.
