DESCRIPTION:This season\, we’re taking movie night back to the 80s. \n\n\n\nJoin us after dark for 80s Horror Movie Nights in the Vineyard — five nights of cult classics\, specialty drinks\, themed snacks and spooky season under the stars at Free State Cellars. \n\n\n\nOur retro lineup:October 9 — The Lost Boys (1987)October 16 — Beetlejuice (1988)October 22 — Silver Bullet (1985)October 30 — Poltergeist (1982): The Finale \n\n\n\nMovies begin at dark\, approximately 6:45–7:00 PM depending on sundown. \n\n\n\nEach movie night will feature specialty drinks and snacks inspired by that night’s film\, with plenty of Free State wine pouring throughout the evening. \n\n\n\n21+ only\, No outside food or drinks.All movie nights are outdoors and weather dependent. Updates regarding weather or cancellations will be posted on the event page.

Whether you’re a returning harvester or joining us for the first time\, you’ll get to experience harvest alongside the Free State Cellars family and help bring in this year’s muscadine crop. \n\n\n\n🍇 Harvest Day Itinerary 🍇 \n\n\n\n6:30–7:15 AM | Sunrise Yoga with Yoga Vibes (Optional) \n\n\n\nStart your morning with a relaxing yoga session overlooking the vineyard before harvest begins. \n\n\n\n7:15–7:30 AM | Check-In\, T-Shirt Pickup & Harvest Orientation \n\n\n\nGuests will sign in\, receive a complimentary Community Harvest T-shirt (while supplies last)\, and learn the basics of harvesting muscadine grapes. \n\n\n\n7:30–9:30 AM | HARVEST! \n\n\n\nHead into the vineyard and harvest alongside the Free State Cellars family! Our team will be working with you every step of the way to answer questions\, provide guidance\, and share what makes harvest season so special. \n\n\n\n10:00 AM | Complimentary Breakfast \n\n\n\nBreakfast is provided exclusively for our harvest volunteers as a thank-you for helping us bring in this year’s crop. Please be prepared to walk on uneven grassy terrain. \n\n\n\n🐶 PetsFor the safety of your pets\, dogs are not permitted during Community Harvest. Grapes are highly toxic to canines\, and even small amounts can be extremely dangerous. \n\n\n\n🐝 WildlifeAs a working farm located on Adams Bayou\, we share our property with native wildlife\, including bees\, ants\, insects\, and other animals. Please remain aware of your surroundings and avoid any potentially hazardous encounters. Swimming is not permitted anywhere on the property. \n\n\n\n☀️ Heat AdvisoryHarvest takes place outdoors during the summer months. Water and sports drinks will be available\, but we encourage guests to bring a reusable water bottle as well.
