High Plains Viognier is the Texas vineyard's answer to Chardonnay; a little softer on acidity, a bit lighter and also more perfumed.  This crisp finish highlighted with almond and vanilla make it the perfect off-dry sip, embellishing and expanding the wine's core flavors of pear, peach, tangerine and honeysuckle.
