Trebbiano

A fun, young white table wine marked by a bouquet of floral, tropical fruity notes, Trebbiano could be compared to an un-oaked Chardonnay. The hardy Trebbiano grapes flaunt high acid levels for a wine that is crisp, has good body, lively acidity, and characteristically dry notes of lemon, green apple, stone fruit, salinity and stone minerality.

It's best with food with high oil or fat content as the acidity is a great palate cleanser and complement to creamy flavors.
