Sparkling Chardonnay

The best wine ever for a hot summer night!  Blanc de Blancs, translated from French, means literally “white from whites”.  Sourced from 100% Chardonnay grapes, a toasty bouquet of yeast from aging over 36+ months in the bottle sparkles with aromas of lemon and grapefruit and lemon meringue tart in an explosion of tiny bubbles in our Sparkling Chardonnay.

he crisp acidity and subtle mineral undertones give this extra brut wine great structure and elegance.  The wine also shows characteristics of fresh pastry dough, pear, and minerality. Leading with a fine mousse, it's extremely fresh and creamy, with exceptional minerality on the long crisp apple finish.  On the palate, the attack is sharp.

There are classic pairings like briny oysters on the half shell, crab cakes, grilled sea bass. It is lovely with hard cheeses, but goes equally well with comfort fried foods like fried chicken or French fries.
